White noise and snow caused by an aerial which is not tuned in properly or a television company gone off the air. In the distance through the snow the face of a woman emerges, like a phantom. She speaks in two voices about two children. Her child is dead, it is "on the other side". On the videotape she has just finished watching, it was still alive. Can a television set 'tuned in' to snow pick up video fragments, roaming sequences which can be found in a twilight zone in the air? What do they show and where exactly do they come from; is there such a thing as a parallell world?
