– Sappho

Objects like a vase or a chair which, for whatever reason, have fallen into disuse, present themselves from now on - when they survive the ravages of time - exclusively for our eyes and transform themselves so that they unintentionally achieve the status of art. Observed in that spirit by the eye of a camera passing by extremely slowly, they become part of a myth. A myth that tells of a deserted island where once a blossoming community lived. The remains of ruined Arcadia preserved in the most beautiful images, reminiscent of the quotation from Sappho.
