Washing up is usually a boring job. 'Drink Deep' shows that such a chore can lead to sumptuous reflections. The water dripping out of the tap is the catalyst here for memories of a recently enjoyed vacation spent on an idyllically located little river. A number of men and a woman thoroughly enjoy themselves in these rustic surroundings accompanied by the soft strains of a guitar. At the same time, we also hear almost whispered utterances (reflections on the relationships between the bathers-) which are in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. A playful frolic in the continuous downpour in the city on returning home shows that something like that cannot be abruptly interrupted when you leave your holiday resort.
