This four minute miniature is poetic, imaginative, rich in fantasy. Such a production shows that the renewal of the documentary comes largely from the video corner. Not just as far as recording goes, but especially editing. By image associations, surprising image rhyme and by compelling the viewer to use fantasy, this work becomes a little quest. The makers: ''Tara is the name of four Yugoslavian rivers, Tara is the name of our neighbour's child ... a symbol for life - a word.'' At first, the images confuse the viewer. A key, a water landscape, a sequence of abstract images - it rather resembles a poem set to visual music - a tunnel, trees, silhouettes of people without heads and a city full of terribly monotonous buildings. Then, as a delivering apotheosis, a beautiful baby. The suffocating tedium, enforced monotony and a view of weather-beaten and blank walls; the power and the beauty of life cannot be stopped by these, just like a river that will continue to flow on endlessly. Beban and Horvatic: ''The noise was terrible and frightening. What a relief to have this music.''
