My thoughts go out to a hundred people in love, a dream where I myself will take the main part. A magic triangle with fifty people, an impossible choice that discharges and mirrors itself in the endless lakes of my mind. No promise so broken but that the fragrance penetrates to the awareness of my dreams. How impossible to comprehend my own existence, what person will tell me where to go and who to speak, no, no usurper, no knight to change into a frog half way through. Where are the stars, the stones, the roof-tiles of my dreams? The game we play and think we create for ourselves is not always what we wish ourselves; the hospitality that ushers us in is not always without minefields under foot. One telephone call and we are once again in a perturbing and diversionary situation, more isolated than the sea. Always light and strong I go on listening to the soundless voices.
