This piece is composed of three sections. In each section, a 'killer' is presented to the viewer. The first is a professional assassin who does his work to perfection and has no personal interest in the victim. His story is shot through with authentic footage of the assassination of J.F. Kennedy. The second killer sees killing people as an art form. His account alternates with fight scenes from a Flash Gordon film and a superb action sequence with Tatsuya Nakadai. The third murderer has a contract to kill the film hero, Flash Gordon. Fascinated as he is in the catharsis involved in the death of a hero, he prepares himself by going to Greece, the home of catharsis, and 'shoots him down' in the very film out of which the viewer has already by this time seen several shots. The deliverer from evil will leave the arena victorious. The ironic tone of the tape leaves no lingering doubt on that head.
