This programme made especially for television shows what independent video productions can mean to television. 'Multinational' Centre de Recherche Montfaucon shows a procession of about 40 independent video makers talking, of ten humorously, about the medium they work with. It is also an illustration both of the wealth of possibilities of video as of the thesis that video images are visible sounds. (Seeing and hearing household toys refers to the Video Home System). Notwithstanding considerable problems, this 'idealistic advertising' was broadcast last June on FR 3. Among the makers included we see a number who are also represented at this festival: Belloir, Bousquet, Cahen, De la Casinière, Fargier, Ikam, Jaeggi, Jaffrenou, Minh, Prado and Wennberg.
