Once a week Tschinkel, director of 'Art/New York' makes a music tape which he broadcast on his city's Public Access cable. The latest bands recorded in New York clubs. This May installment includes the Swinging Madisons, a fashionable revival of the greased forelock, and Pulsallama, a ten piece women's band playing cheerful steel drum music. The performances are interspersed with short interviews.
