The sixteen-year-old Canadian Susy James is young enough to like dolls yet old enough to run away from home. Her story about running away and being brought back home is told by her in her own inimitably expressive way. One of her specialities is pulling faces. With her bunch of Barbie dolls, she leads the existence of a tramp and sleeps in a friend's car. A sad story told with humour.
