The conceptual artist Noel Harding examines the utility of a story line, in this case 'woman seduces man'. She is a peroxide-blond journalist, wilting somewhat. She likes making love and has romantic ideas. He is a trades union leader with a busy life who likes the colour green. He has blue eyes with deep walls under and is fascinated by free sex. 'Out of Control' would appear to be a Canadian satire on romantic fiction without a happy ending.
