For several years Jean Dupuy has been working on a series of video anthologies of multi-media artists. The episodes are made in both Paris and New York. For 'La Pub (ABC)' he once again invited a number of French and American artists to realise works in front of the camera, within a certain time limit. Eighteen artists in addition to Dupuy perform their extremely varied 'acts'. They work with Polaroid, drink, video, the body, language, Camenbert, Paik, Sacré Coeur, Duchamp, Beaubourg etc.. The line is formed by inventivity and humour.
