This 'Crisis Video' fits into the long tradition of campaigning video in Holland. Volunteers and regular visitors to a doomed youth centre clash severely with the establishment of pious local government officials and social workers in Kampen, a small town in Holland's bible belt. A disrupted council meeting, endless discussion, the develop- ment from old to new buildings, the opinions of visitors and passers-by and 'a policeman who turns out to be even more stupid than the average councillor'.
