We are in cyberspace. Red spaceballs whirl about in the darkness. There are two identical little spacemen in one of the balls. They are wearing strange red outfits and have yellowish hair. “You're gonna look for me?', says one to the other in a childish voice. “For you?”, replies the other rather surprised. So begins this short, swinging space-video. Swinging because Melhus uses fragments of music by Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder in his clip. They are some of Michael Jackson's first songs, from the days he was still singing with The Jackons. The remarkable little spacemen are connected with two others who appear at a certain moment in the background. They represent the subconscious and are wholly enveloped in red. They are even more red than the spacemen we first saw. Efforts to join together and change form fail. Then one of the men frees himself and takes off. “Yeah”, says this spaceman. “No”, calls out the other. It sounds simplistic, but it is exactly what happens here. “You ever want something, that you shouldn't have, the more you know you shouldn't have it, the more you want it. And then one day, you get it, and it's so good to you.” This is the theme of the story. One glance over the shoulder however means destruction, which brings to mind the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. “Look over your shoulder, honey!”, one spaceman challenges the other. And sure enough. The spaceball explodes and the light goes out. “Ain't no sunshine, Ain't no sunshine”, plays on.
