In a borderline ambience, between Brazil and French Guyana, small stories reveal the state of discontent with the present time. The present is denied, and people see themselves, in an obsessive way, as whatever it is they might be, only beyond the frontier. A sort of an experimental documentary, it was shot as a diary in Oiapoque, Brazil and St. Georges de l'Oyapock, French Guyana in July 1998.
